He started his career in the operations department at Inter Turizm A.\u015e. between 1995-1998 and continued his career as operations manager at Mazal Turizm Ltd. \u015eti. between 2000-2004. Since 2004, he has worked as a senior manager at \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Faktoring A.\u015e. as of 01.12.2017, he transferred his shares in \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Faktoring A.\u015e. Metin Barokas has a %50 shareholding in Dentavit Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Tic. Ltd. \u015eti. In early 2011, Metin Barokas became a shareholder in LDR Turizm A.\u015e. and is currently the main shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LDR Turizm A.\u015e. He is married with 2 children and has a good command of English.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Born in 1980 in Istanbul, Bur\u00e7in Baybatur K\u00f6k is a Board Member of LDR Turizm A.\u015e. and General Coordinator of Investment and Corporate Finance. After graduating from Sakarya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics with first rank and honors, she continued her foreign language education in USA. In 2000, she started her active professional career and specialized in the operational leasing sector since 2008. Between 2008 and 2013, she worked as Accounting Manager at ALD Automotive Turizm Tic.A.\u015e., a subsidiary of Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Group. Since 2013, she has been working at LDR Turizm A.\u015e. She has received domestic and international trainings and studies in the fields of sector-based funding and risk limit studies, operational risk analysis, financial management in foreign currency funding models, IFRS-based financial statements, financial management with capital protection plans. She holds a Certified Public Accountant License and CMB Level 1 License. She is married with 1 child and speaks English fluently.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Emre \u00c7etin was born in 1975 and graduated from Uluda\u011f University, Department of International Relations. He studied business English at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. He started his professional career in 1996 in the Finance Department of G\u00fcral Porselen. Between 1997 and 2005, He held various managerial positions in Gama Holding’s companies in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. In 2005, He returned to T\u00fcrkiye and started working in the fleet leasing sector as Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager at Desas Ticari Ara\u00e7lar Kiralama Servis ve Ticaret A.\u015e. at the end of 2006, He served as General Manager at Atako Destek Ara\u00e7 Kiralama ve Ticaret A.\u015e. in 2013, He was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors and continued to serve in both positions until the end of June 2024. Between 2020-2024, He served as a member of the Audit Board of TOKKDER. As of July 1, 2024, He started to work as General Manager at LDR Turizm A.\u015e. Emre \u00c7etin is married and has one child.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
